Brandi S. Roschko - Attorney
Over twenty five years of experience as a collection attorney and current agency owner. Representing large and small companies in the collection of outstanding debts and the negotiation of accounts receivables. Familiar with all areas of collection including post judgement proceedings. Graduated from University of California at Santa Barbara in 1987 and California Western School of Law in 1991. Current member of the State Bar of California.
Stephen F. Moss - Agency Manager
Over fifty years in credit and collections including extensive marketing, managerial and consulting experience in all areas relating to unsecured and secured credit transactions including commercial credit and collections and asset-based lending. Graduated from University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1962 with a degree in finance. Familiar with a diverse array of credit and collection activities in many industries including, consumer and commercial collections, collection agencies, commercial finance, apparel manufacturing and importing, textiles, insurance industry, auto rentals, floor covering, furniture manufacturing, steel, tools, food products, autos, glass and all areas related to the construction industry.
These rates apply to each individual account. Commissions will be charged on accounts collected, paid direct, or withdrawn after demand for payment has been made. On claims settled by the return of merchandise, the agency commission will generally be reduced to 50% of the applicable fee. Our agency provides many free services including the following:
